CASE STUDY · REAL ESTATE & PROPTECH
Property intelligence for real-estate investors
Working with the client’s product team, we built and evolved a mobile app that puts parcel-level property data in investors’ pockets: tap any lot on a map to see who owns it, what it is worth and how it has sold, then track it as a deal.
THE CHALLENGE
What needed to happen
Real-estate investors scouting land and properties were piecing together information from county websites, spreadsheets and separate mapping tools. The client wanted one mobile app where an investor could stand in front of a property, see the parcel boundaries, ownership, taxes and sales history instantly, reach the owner, and keep notes, files and photos together as the opportunity moved forward.

one tap away.
